Refund and Returns Policy

At Brands Discovery, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and transparent return and refund process.


1. Returns

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized items

Return Process

1. Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

2. Pack the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Clearly mark the return authorization number on the package.

3. Ship the Item

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

2. Refunds

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Items are not in original condition
  • Items are damaged
  • Items are missing parts not due to our error

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
